💳 Payments & Refunds

This document explains the terms of paid services on PortAll (Pro subscription, balance top-ups, advertising, sponsorship and others).

1Prices

All prices are shown on the Pricing page in Azerbaijani manat (AZN). Prices may change but do not affect services already paid for.

2Balance

• The balance is used for services on the platform and cannot be converted to cash.
• Bonuses from "Invite & earn" and other campaigns can only be used on the platform and are cancelled if abuse is detected.

3Pro subscription

Pro features are activated immediately after payment is confirmed and remain active until the selected period ends. When it ends the account switches back to the regular mode automatically; your data is not deleted.

4Refunds

• If a service was not provided because of a technical error, the payment is fully refunded or credited to your balance.
• For a payment made by mistake you can apply within 14 days if the service has not been used.
• Services already used (ads shown, past Pro days) are not refunded.
• Payments are not refunded for accounts blocked for breaking the rules.
