🔒 Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data PortAll collects, why it is used and how it is protected. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".

1What we collect

• Account data: name, surname, email, username, password (stored only in encrypted form).
• Profile and CV: title, photo, phone, city, education, experience, skills — only what you enter yourself.
• Content: posts, comments, messages, notes, uploaded files.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, sign-in time — for security and abuse prevention.
• Location: approximate city for the weather widget — only if you allow it, and it is not stored on our server.

2How we use data

• To create your account and provide the platform's features.
• To show vacancy matches, recommendations and notifications.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent spam and fraud.
• To contact you (important notices, password recovery, news you opted into).

3Who can see it

• Your public profile, business card and open CV may be visible to everyone. You can make your profile hidden in Profile settings.
• "Only me" posts are visible only to you.
• When you apply for a vacancy your CV is sent to that company.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4Third-party services

Payment, email, live support, map and weather services have their own privacy policies. Only the minimum data needed for the service to work is passed to them.

5Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account your personal data is deleted; records required by law (e.g. payment history) may be kept for a certain period. Uploaded files are virus-scanned and passwords are stored as hashes.

6Your rights

• View and correct your data.
• Download a copy of your data (Account settings → download data).
• Delete your account and data.
• Opt out of marketing emails.
