These terms govern the use of the PortAll platform (https://portall.info/). By registering, signing in or using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1About the platform
PortAll is a professional social platform that brings people, companies and opportunities together. You can create a digital business card, CV and profile, apply for vacancies, take exams and courses, post and message other users.
2Account and registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Creating fake, misleading or impersonating accounts is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.
- One person may hold one personal account. A company account may only be opened by a person authorized to represent that company.
- You can freeze or delete your account at any time in Account settings.
3Content and copyright
- The text, images, videos, CVs and other content you post belong to you, and you are fully responsible for them.
- By posting content you grant PortAll a free, non-exclusive permission to display, store and technically process it (e.g. resize images) on the platform. The permission ends when you delete the content (removal from backups may take some time).
- Posting content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or personal data without permission is prohibited.
- The platform's design, logo, code and templates belong to PortAll.
4Prohibited actions
- Posting illegal, abusive, hateful, violent or discriminatory content.
- Spam, fake vacancies, pyramid schemes, fraud or misleading advertising.
- Stalking or harassing other users, or sharing their personal data without permission.
- Disrupting the site, scraping data with bots, or trying to bypass security systems.
- Getting help in exams, taking an exam for someone else or forging certificates.
5Vacancies, job offers and exams
- The company that posts a vacancy or job offer is responsible for its accuracy. PortAll is not a party to the hiring process.
- Never pay a "registration fee" or "document fee" when looking for a job — report such cases to us.
- Exam results and certificates are verified on the platform with a QR code. Results may be cancelled if a violation is found.
6Messages and screen protection
Your messages are intended only for the participants of the conversation. Screenshot limiting, blurring and the "someone else is looking" warning are extra protection, but no web technology can fully prevent the screen from being photographed with another device.
7Paid services
Pro subscription, balance, advertising and other paid services are governed by the "Payments & Refunds" document.
8Restricting accounts
Accounts that violate these terms or the Community Rules may be restricted, blocked or deleted without warning. Related content may be removed. If you disagree with a decision, contact us via the Contact page.
9Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We strive for uninterrupted, error-free operation, but we do not guarantee against technical outages, the accuracy of information posted by users, or third-party services (payments, maps, weather).
10Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. When there are significant changes you will be asked to read and accept the new text on your next visit.
11Governing law and contact
